Warranty covers loss of gems from product for up to 30 days. Warranty is void if product has come in contact with any food or liquid. Warranty will replace lost gems or provide replacement if there are any manufacturing issues. Must submit email with proof within 7 days of receiving product if there are any defects. We do not cover consequential damages.
